Submit your presentation

We kindly request that you submit your presentations by no later than Friday August 25. For those who may encounter difficulties or require adjustments to your submitted presentations, we will also accept modifications during the meeting. However, we hope for your understanding in minimizing last-minute uploads during the event.

Presentation Details for the Scientific Program:

• Submission Deadline: Your presentations must be received by us no later than August 25th.
• Presentation Time: Each presentation is allocated 5 minutes unless otherwise arranged with the organizing committee.
• File Format: Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint, 16:9 (landscape), saved as a .pptx file.
• Fonts: Utilize standard Windows fonts only.
• Media: Ensure that all videos are embedded within your presentation.
• Personal Laptops: We kindly request that you refrain from using personal laptops due to time constraints.
• Upload Instructions: Please upload your presentation to https://docsend.com/view/gxwaqiq89qu9nhgqwith the code: 2023
• Technical Issues: If you encounter any difficulties during the upload process, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You may then submit your presentation via email (maximum 20 MB) to organizer@ifmss2023.com. For larger files, please bring them on a USB flash drive or memory stick.
