Delegate, Fellow/Trainee, Senior/Retired and Travel Grant recipient: The registration fee includes full conference entrance, lunches, coffee and dinners, and guided tours according to conference program, as well as accommodation in Visby (4-8 September) and Stockholm (8-9 September). Travel arrangements on 8 September by bus and ferry from Visby (Gotland) to Stockholm are also included in the registration fee.

Acc. guest (adults and childern): The registration fee includes lunches, coffee and dinners and guided tours according to conference program, as well as accommodation in Visby (4-8 September) and Stockholm (8-9 September). Travel arrangements on 8 September by bus and ferry from Visby (Gotland) to Stockholm are also included in the registration fee.

Please note that delegates should arrange their own travel to Visby, Gotland on 4 September.

The fee must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Fellow/Trainee: 
For this category we will ask you to specify the justification of your fellow/traniee fee.

Travel Grant:
If you have ticked the box in the abstract submission system that you would like to apply for a Travel Grant, please wait for the notification of the organizing committee before registering. If you have been granted a Travel Grant, you will receive a separate registration link.

Accompanying guest:
In order to register an accompanying guest, you will first need to register as a delegate (or Fellow/Trainee or Senior/Retired). You will receive a separate registration link in your confirmation e-mail.

Swedish participants

Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoices to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronic invoice (e-faktura) if possible.

Participants from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice). The payment option ‘Invoice’ is available only until 3 August 2023.

Invoice

When choosing ‘International bank transfer’ in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

Information about payment with credit card

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected, and if not already, how it can be connected.

If you receive an error message when paying with your card, please check with your bank to see if they have a block on overseas payments, a block on internet payments, and/or a limit on the amount that can be charged in one day. These are common reasons why a payment initially does not go through.

According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees.
This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 1 June 2023, up to which date the total amount will be refunded, except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK (excl VAT). Between 2 June and 15 June 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After 15 June 2023, we regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations, nor for no-shows for any reasons.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place.
