Monday 4 September 2023 Gotland Visby, Clarion Hotel Wisby (Hotel reception staffed around the clock)	Arrival (individual) Registration: 12:00-18:00 (12 noon to 6 p.m.) Reception and welcome dinner at 19:00 (7 p.m.)
Tuesday 5 September 2023 Gotland Visby, Clarion Hotel Wisby (Hotel reception staffed around the clock)	Scientific sessions 8 am – 6 pm Dinner in St Nicolai medieval church ruin at 6:10 pm
Wednesday 6 September 2023 Gotland Visby, Clarion Hotel Wisby (Hotel reception staffed around the clock)	Scientific sessions 8 am – 3 pm Expedition and dinner 3 -10 pm
Thursday 7 September 2023 Gotland Visby, Clarion Hotel Wisby (Hotel reception staffed around the clock)	Scientific sessions 8 am – 6 pm Dinner Hotel Wisby at 7 pm
Friday 8 September 2023 Gotland Visby and Stockholm, Clarion Hotel Sign (Hotel receptions staffed around the clock)	Early morning transport bus / boat to Stockholm Boat tour in Stockholm archipelago with lunch, IFMSS general assembly 12 pm – 4 pm Nobel dinner party in Golden Hall, Stockholm City Hall at 6:30 pm
